The device is intended to run two sources of a medical gas compressed in cylinders in order to guarantee the continuity of supply to the pipeline system. Each pressure regulator is designed to deliver a 40 m3/h flow (Q1) at an outlet pressure P2 of 900 kPa.

The change over between the primary and secondary source is automatic and take place in case system pressure fall below the pre-set value.

Working conditions of the three sources of supply and the pressure in the system can be kept under control by means of a special alarm panel (available on request).
