Regulators panels are intended to group several line pressure regulators (second stage pressure regulators) and vacuum shut-off valves in a single pre-assembled and tested structure. Integrated physical separator allows devices to be also used as area shut-off valves.

According to chosen configuration the signalling of the state (open/close) relevant to main inlet shut-off valves is also available.

The most immediate advantage of the integrated configuration is a little installation time, which only requires the wall mounting of the frame, the connection of terminals to the distribution system and the connection of sensors’ cables to the alarm devices.

Pressure regulators are not integrated into an enbloc, but are easily accessible in such a way to simplify maintenance activities.   

Fittings are made of nickel-plated or pickled brass. Frame and rim are made of white hot-sprayed steel plate.

The front door is equipped with an emergency quick-opening restorable lock and windows to allow reading the gauges.

Suitable openings are made on the rim in such a way to prevent gas accumulation in case of internal leakages.

Each gas’ circuit is identified by means of a coloured plate showing gas’ symbol and flow direction.

Devices are provided with terminal board for the transmission to a remote alarm panel of anomalies (high or low pressure) downstream of the pressure regulators.

A metallic disposable protective cover is also supplied to prevent damaging and contamination during wall embedding activities.

Devices are released by the manufacturer completely assembled and tested.
