The device is intended for installation on the central plant for adjusting the vacuum value to be applied to the catheter. It is to be used during minor medical treatments and short operations.

Thanks to its dimensions and the fine regulation system (by means of a membrane) it is suitable for being used in operathing theaters, intensive care units.

It is composed of two main parts: a vacuum regulator and a collection container.

The collection container has a net volume of 300 cc. and can be removed for better cleaning. The overfull safety device stops the suction to prevent liquids from leaking into the plant. Components are autoclavable at 121 °C for 20’.

The device is equipped with a connection hose and a catheter connection. Installation can be either direct on the terminal unit and on the rail.
